Comeceii minha reeducação alimentar

Meninas comecei minha RA.
Estou no segundo dia de comidinhas leves, balanceadas e com teor calorico baixissimo,
Meu marido até entrou na vibe saudavel para me apoiar.


Pois bem

Primeiro dia

Café da manhã

2 fatias de pão light 14 grãos
1 fatia de peito de peru light
1 fatia de queijo minas
1 copo de iogurte

lanche 

1 banana
1 Yakult

Almoço

Porçao de camarão ao bafo
1 colher de arroz integral
e muita salada (alface, tomate, pimentao e almeirão)
1 copo de suco de laranja natural

Lanche

1 copo de yogurte

jantar

Muita salada
peito de frango grelhado
1 colher de arroz integral
1 copo de suco de laranja

ceia

Gelatina

Sim meninas, meu corpo sentiu.
ë pouca comida comparada ao que eu estava acostumada a comer todos os dias.
Eu sento minha barriga roncar mesmo fazendo as 6 refeicoes diarias.
A vontade que eu tenho é me empanturrar de chocolate e comer um monte de empadinha coxinha
Hum que delicia,
mas eu vou resistir sim!
meu intestino agora funciona pessoal e só isso já me deixa mega feliz..

Segunda feira começa a grade de exercicios  que venho compartilhar com vcs.
